How exactly Danilchenko and Kozhukhar fell into leading positions in Crimean sports - remains a mystery

The organized crime group "Bashmaki" operated in Ukraine in the 1990-2000s. Now its leaders are charged with eight episodes of murders. On the peninsula, Kozhukhar and Danilchenko were noticeable figures, closely close to the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov. And this is that both since 2006 have been on the international wanted list.
Nikolai Kozhukharya (Moldavan) and Alexander Danilchenko (Danila) employees of the Crimean FSB detained on Sunday night. Details of detention are not disclosed. The Novaya Gazeta in the regional TFR only explained that the criminal cases were detained by Kozhukhar and Danilchenko were investigated in the days of Ukraine, but only 24 ordinary member of the gang was convicted of them, while the leaders remained at large.
The detention of organized crime groups, which in the 2000s, largely lost its influence on the peninsula, could go unnoticed, if not for one detail: both detainees, while on the international wanted list, continue to occupy authoritative positions in Crimea: Danilchenko is the vice president of the Crimean Boxing Federation, and the casing serves as the first vice president Which is personally headed by Prime Minister Sergei Aksenov.
What is the suspect of sports functionaries? It is known that they are charged with the commission of crimes under Part 1 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (banditry), paragraphs “a”, “d”, “w” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the murder of two or more persons with special cruelty organized groups), part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). It is at least about eight corpses. According to the "new", in the large matter of the "Bashmakovites" there are several murders. This is a family of criminal authority Oleg Dziuba, President of FC Dynamo (Saki) Mammad Isaev, as well as deputies of the Simferopol City Council Sergey Mishak and Alexander Vishnyakov and the chairman of the XIX Party Congress Vasily Siroshtan.
At the same time, the interlocutors of the “New” in the prosecutor's office refused to report whether Danilchenko and Kozhukhar were charged with complicity precisely in these killings.
In the 90s, several large groups took place in the criminal world of Crimea, among which “shoes”, “Salem”, “Greeks” and “Dziubovsky” stood out. Oleg Dziuba for a long time - until 1993 - was entered into the company of the Bashmakovites, but separated from them when, by order of the leader of this organized crime group, Viktor Bashmakov was killed by his comrade Sergei Timofeev (nickname Jononic).
In June 1994, having decided to take revenge on Jonik, Dziuba hired two killers, who shot Viktor Bashmakov on June 10 on the Simferopol -Evpatoria highway.
After the murder of the leader of the “shoes”, the group was led by Kozhukhar and Danilchenko, and Dziuba was already a target for hunting. On January 21, 1995, an attempt was made on him in the Kiev Borispol. At the exit from the airport building to Dziuba, his wife Olga and daughter Alena, a car drove up - the killers armed with pistols opened a flurry fire. Oleg Dziuba received two severe wounds in the head, but survived. Olga Dziuba was not injured. But 13-year-old Alena died.
A week later, in the trash in Simferopol, they found the body of the son of Dziuba from his first marriage. However, this murder with “shoes” is not officially associated.
Having lost the children, Oleg and Olga Dziuba decide to go abroad, but do not have time to do this.
On July 12, 1995, Olga was killed next to the Simferopol railway station in bursts of two Kalashnikov assault rifles. The murder occurs at noon. The police take the Dziuba house in a cordon. According to the memoirs of the operatives who guarded him, Oleg, having learned about his wife’s death, drank pretty, called his mother and said: “Olga was killed.” When the mother of Dziuba came to her son, he, being intoxicated, broke into hysteria: “What should I do?! The daughter was killed, his wife was killed! " Then he jumped out the window and, looking up from the operas, reached the house of the former Bachevsky associates, exchanging him for “shoes”. Dziuba shot the Bachevsky dog and demanded to provide him with a car. The brothers fulfilled the request. But when Oleg got behind the wheel, the explosion thundered. Dziuba’s mother did not even go to identify the body.
By 1995, Simferopol Tavria became the unconditional leader of Crimean football. The team won the Ukrainian championship in 1992 and reached the final of the country's Cup in 1994. The personnel base, whose boss was the Bashmakovets, Ruvim Aronov, was another Crimean club - Dynamo (Saki). Dynamo President Mamed Isaev since the beginning of the 90s has given Tavria the best football players for free. But in 1995 the situation changed.
The widow of Mameda Lyudmila Isaeva recalls:
“The husband told the leadership of Tavria:“ I will raise you young players, just give me the opportunity to do this, provide at least some financial support to the Dynamo club. After all, he also needs to develop, keep the base in good condition. ” But in Tavria they are already used to getting football players for nothing. And with her husband they decided to act from the standpoint of power. They began to threaten him. On that fatal day, August 4, the husband went to work by eight in the morning. And as if something pushed me to the window. I look: there is a car in which unknown young men are sitting near the house (I remembered the car number and then informed the investigator). She jumped out into the street, and the neighbors say that Mameda was pushed into this car and took somewhere ... "
As it turned out later, Isaev was taken to a forest belt near the village of Frunze of the Saksky district. There, seven people began to beat him until he pretended to be dead. In the end, the bandits moved by Mameda (traces of treads were discovered on his clothes). But Isaev did not die and even managed to crawl to the highway, where he stopped the car. The driver took him to the hospital. The injuries were incompatible with life, but the president of Dynamo still managed to testify.
In 2011, in the case of the murder of Mamed Isaev, the already mentioned head of Tavria, Ruvim Aronov, and another “Bashmakovets”, Adrian Rak, were accused. On this process, the current prosecutor of Crimea Natalya Poklonskaya acted as a state prosecutor. In December 2011, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol recognized Aronov and Cancer as innocent (the verdict was also in force of the Supreme Court of Crimea). However, on May 21, 2013, the Supreme Specialized Court of Ukraine for the consideration of civil and criminal cases canceled the decisions of lower courts, recognizing that the evidence of the prosecutor's office was not given the proper assessment, and sent the case for a new judicial consideration.
In the same August 1995, when Mammad Isaev died, in the village of Lenino, Krasnogvardeisky district of Crimea, Vasily Siroshtan, chairman of the local “XIX Party Management” collective farm. Information about this murder is extremely buying up: it is known that the chairman of the collective farm did not want to pay for roofing. A killer named Gemel, hired by Bashmakovtsa Boris Maida, released seven bullets into the chairman.
Further, large officials were already the victims of the Bashmakovites. On January 24, 1996, deputies of the city council Sergey Mishak and Alexander Vishnyakov were killed in Simferopol - immigrants from the organized crime group "Salem". "Bashmaks" did not even like the representation of the competing organized crime group in the city parliament as the influence of Vishnyakov in Kerch.
The Bashmakovites managed to establish that Vishnyakov and Mishak are visiting a urological clinic together. Boris Maida hired four killers. On January 24, deputies arrived at the clinic at the usual time - by 15.00. Without waiting for the folk chosen ones to get out of the car, the killers opened fire on them from AKMS and AK-74 machine guns. Sergei Mishak was killed on the spot, Alexander Vishnyakov died in the hospital from the injury to his head.
Boris Maida himself died in 1999 in the Kherson region under unclear circumstances.

In the case, which is charged with Alexander Danilchenko and Nikolai Kozharya, there is another episode - the beating of the current prosecutor of Crimea Natalia Poklonskaya in Evpatoria in December 2011. The attack is associated with her participation as a state prosecutor in the criminal process in the case of one of the leaders of the “Bashmakovites” - Ruvima Aronov. Allegedly, the beating became the revenge of the organized crime group. The Crimean prosecutor’s office declares that they “do not have data” about the involvement of the “Bashmakovites” in the attack on Poklonskaya.
How exactly Danilchenko and Kozhukhar fell into leading positions in Crimean sports remains a mystery. Neither in the Boxing Federation and freestyle wrestling, nor in the press service of the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, their arrest has not yet been commented.
