I will tell the whole story of this love. Initially, here, near the metro ["Falcon"], there was just a square. We began to trade in 1993, then there were ordinary shopping tents - kiosks. In 1995, they leased the land and put small light-produced pavilions. By the 850th anniversary of Moscow, in 1997, the Sokol district administration obliged us, entrepreneurs, to build this square. We were instructed to engage in paperwork, because we were the most responsible - not only our flower tent stood near the metro. In addition, we exported garbage - in general, we monitored the territory.

In 1997, we re-registered the land for another five years, began to prepare documentation for the construction of capital structures-and managed to prepare it only in 1999. It was necessary to get a building permit, for the rest. We have a package of documents, if put on the floor, will be higher than a meter. There, believe me, there was everything - up to measuring the level of radiation on the falcon. Three years collected. We received a building permit, re -registered land - in the permit it was written: "Under the stationary shopping complex." Built, accepted property.

Yesterday we demolished two premises: one - 85 square meters, the second - 112. One had a grocery store, and in the other the Euroset store, flowers and also products. We paid a lot for these trading places. The earth was very expensive, approvals; In total, about 500 thousand dollars we invested.

They began to put pressure on us when the construction of the Alabi-Baltic tunnel began in 2007. Then, under a hot hand, one of our stores have already been demolished - also in a barbaric way, and as a result, a penny was given. We arrived and demolished by lawlessness. In words, they promised that they would give a piece of paper, according to which, after the construction of the tunnel, you allegedly be erected again. They also added: rented land remains yours, so we will not give money for it. Almost we will build everything for you, we will only expand your store geometrically. They didn’t build anything, they don’t give the land, and the tunnel was built for how many years! For eight years, we paid land tax, which in fact did not belong to us. Do you imagine its price? In the Land Committee, we asked for a long time, with what fright this is happening. Each time they said: wait, need to be divided, striking - in a word, muttenen.

Do not think that this whole story with the demolition of trading places has begun now. They periodically wanted to demolish us on the grounds that a gas pipe is undergoing under us, and it is dangerous. Although in fact the pipe was cut off back in 2005. Mosgaz sued us, lost, but did not give up. Once I pass by the store to the cottage, I look, and I have a whole brigade there - Mosgaz, the then prefect of the Northern District Oleg Mitnol. A hole was dug up in front of the store, in front of it is already standing as the general director of Mosgaz Gasangadzhiev. He says: you have a leak, now we will demolish your store. And he stands and smokes over the pit. I told him: “What are you, Mr. Gasangadzhiev, stand and smoke, now we will all take off to hell!” He immediately threw a cigarette. I say, they say, all of you are lying, what gas, when it is not close there. The scandal began, everything is yelling as abnormal. They even beat me a little then. Mitvol said: "We will demolish you with tanks." And they left.

The pressure on us continued. Washing, skating, checks. They again sued us. They wanted to take the land for state needs. Once we won, then the court of appeal canceled the decision. We are the only ones in Moscow with our unfortunate shops - we reached the Supreme Arbitration Court.

OMON, guards on the construction of the tunnel, kept attacking me every now and then. We were judging a total of five years. As we bring the pile of permits - all the parties fainted. Just to the entry of the post [Mayor of Moscow] Sergei Sobyanin was finally recognized as a legal structure. It is written for us that we and the land under us are a stationary shopping complex. And recently, a notification on A4 format was sent to one of the owners of the neighboring store. It was written there: “To the owner! In connection with the decree of such and such, you will be demolished then, you have the deadline for departure until January 23, 2016. ” And below, the signature is an inspection for real estate control of the city of Moscow. And all. Neither printing nor signatures. Where to go with this? Which court?

On February 8, I just reached me that somewhere they would demolish someone. In the morning I started to call this real estate inspection-I ask: do you demolish us or do not demolish us? Remove or leave the goods? How do you not know if I stand under the ad, and it says: for all questions to call you? They answer me: now we will ask the management. It turns out that the leadership also does not know anything. Call the prefecture. And there is also ignorance.

As a result, they came to demolish at night - right with the goods, with people. The goods were full. They gave me the kidneys. My tenant, Dmitry Kabanov, asked to give him at least half an hour - to pick up the goods. As a result, he was twisted and sewed by almost the 319th article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation-an insult to representatives of the authorities.

Regarding compensation payments, I do not know anything, and no one gives us anything yet. In total, as I know, 330 million rubles in the budget for each object were laid.
