The drug police in the Novosibirsk region detained the 31-year-old native of Kyrgyzstan, suspected of spreading drugs. The woman brings up three children, and combined criminal activity with the work of the conductor in public transport. On income from the sale of drugs, the attacker bought a prestigious foreign car.

The alleged drug dealer was detained at the place of residence. A woman and her accomplices are punished by a 20-year period of imprisonment, the official website of the regional department of the Federal Drug Control Service reports.

The criminal case was instituted according to paragraph "g" of Part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Sales of drugs on a large scale committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy").

The drug police noted that the detainee did not previously fall into the field of law enforcement officials, but officially worked as a conductor "on one of the city routes." The wife of a woman born in 1975 did not work anywhere and used drugs.

Children of the detainee are placed in specialized institutions for minors who need social rehabilitation. In the future, their fate will be decided by guardianship authorities.

The accused herself was justified by the fact that drug addiction pushed her for a crime.

The court of first instance (Yelets City Court) sentenced the woman to eight years and six months in prison in a general regime colony. The convicted person appealed, but the regional court confirmed the decision.

The convicted person was also limited in parental rights. Currently, her children are brought up by a grandmother.
