- What to do to the scientist in the folding of the socially and political SI Tainia ? Can a scientist develop science in modern Russia and what is needed for this ?

-I think that a scientist can still work normally in Russia. Although more and more time and effort take things that are not directly related to business. Can also develop science. I don’t know if all areas. Linguistics is a low -cost science. Small grants that can be used on expeditions are generally given. And this is now the most hasty of the possible - to write down what remains, from languages ​​and dialects that disappear. And set the material on the Internet so that everyone can work with it. Since now many are doing this (and not only in Russia is a thing that is the most hasty to do in the world in general), then a lot of useful material hangs with which you can work.

For the work of learning new generations, it is also the most useful thing to carry these generations with you on an expedition. Of course, due to the continuous reduction of audit hours, the programs in universities are greatly spoiled, but if possible informal communication, the matter is fixable. And if not in Moscow, then you can, for example, tell something on Skype, also informally. Start telling early, from medium -school age; Then, having reached the Kutsi university programs, a person will already correctly understand what all this is for. In general, "the main thing is not to be afraid." Yes, it is generally funny: Clementz, Bogoraz and Pekarsky developed science, sitting in exile, we have not reached this yet.

- Can the Academy of Sciences in a living situation exert a universal influence on the development of science ?

- It depends on what to mean by the Academy of Sciences. It does not seem that within the framework of the structure of the Academy of Sciences you can influence something. As for the expert functions, for example, a completely farce impression remained from holding the results of RACs of the R&D of the results of R&D in universities entrusted to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (all the words are all!). There was not enough time, the given are not enough, the provided computer mechanisms did not work, and the evaluation scheme is formalized to madness. The “foreign penitentiary system - linguoculturological aspect” with zero publications also pleased R&D. And it is also not known whether the heads of the Ministry of Education and Science will take the results of this examination seriously - it was clearly not seriously organized.

- Do you see the need for the COMP of Denmark of new organizations of scientists ?

- Again, depending on what it is. We worked all the time - and now they work - informal seminars, this is useful for the development of science. And for self -defense, probably follows
To develop a trade union movement-at least, some types of influence on the opposite side are developed and tested there. So far, other methods of influence are reduced to the fact that we are trying to make the authorities be ashamed (shame can occur in two ways-through personal channels and in public, but both come down to one)-but it seems that it came across some inconspicuous. Or it is ashamed with one hand, and he still does it with the other hand in a couple of months.

- To leave or not to leave , of course , each re -rogs himself , but what are the conditions for this decision ?

- I, among other things, have an object of study here. In addition, the opportunity has not yet completely disappeared here to conduct any collective work with local specialists. In addition, workplaces are also systematically reduced in Europe, units are removed, etc. It does not make much sense to leave to interrupt in separate projects a lasting three years with the risk of constantly changing the research topic. In fact, I am not interested in life in the grant system, I have my own business for 90 years.

- Do you have any reason for the OP Timism ?

- That everything will end well? No. What will do something else to do? Of course, it will be possible.

- What are the fixtures or non-fiction books, films or music attracted your most attention in 2015? Could you tell us more about them?

- Do you need new ones? I read Saga Isaac Azimov about Foundation ("foundation"). He also has optimism there too. The main Point: Seeing the death of civilization, scientists are trying to make sure that the period of savagery before the emergence of a new civilization is not 30 thousand years old, as it comes out according to calculations, but only a thousand.

- What scientific task are you working on now ? What will the main efforts be directed to in 2016 ?

- I have already approximately described expeditionary activity; And the rest of the time - I will finally try to add a book about Bulgarian borrowings in Europe.

-Is there, in your opinion, the threat of clericalization of the scientific and educational sphere in Russia?

-It does not seem to be that some significant changes can occur at this point.
