And in order for the inhabitants of the region to be able to purchase more functional devices for less money without interference, MTS not only reduced prices for most gadget models, but also opened 210 new MTS service points in the regions of the region in 2015, - said Dmitry, Director of MTS in the Altai Territory Levin. “As a result, the penetration of smartphones in the Altai Territory reached 72% in 2015, which is one of the highest rates in the regions of Siberia.”
