
The operator of the charge system from the Plato trucks "RT-Invest Transport Systems LLC intends to abolish one-time route cards from April 15 and reduce the validity of conventional route cards from 30 to 7 days. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press release of the Ministry of Transport.
At the same time, users will have the opportunity to make a fee on the basis of post -payment. Now the owners of heavy trucks can issue a one -time route card without registration in the system, reporting the minimum information about the car. After the cancellation of one -time cards, registration will become mandatory. When registering, only the verification process takes up to 24 hours.
On conditions of postplaces, only carriers registered in the system of at least two months will be able to work, without debt for non -payment of travel and having on -board devices. "This stimulates a number of carriers to the speedy registration of the Plato system in order to get the opportunity to post for travel since the start of its action," said Deputy Minister of Transport Yevgeny Dietrich.
On January 19, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance to submit to the government agreed proposals for increasing the size of payments levied from trucks weighing over 12 tons. At the same time, representatives of the industry, as well as the State Duma Committee on Transport, previously called for maintaining a valid preferential tariff of 1.53 rubles per kilometer until the end of 2016. The current rate in the Plato system is valid until February 29. Since March 1, it should be already 3.06 rubles.
On Tuesday, the government refused to support the bill on the abolition of transport tax. "The complete abolition of the transport tax will lead to the emergence of the income of regional budgets in the calculation of 2016 in the amount of 146.2 billion rubles. At the same time, the sources of compensation for falling income of road funds of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are not determined. Therefore, the Government of the Russian Federation does not support the bill in the presented version," the government said.
At the same time, the government proposed to establish a deduction for the owners of heavy trucks in the amount of the board they received to the Plato system.
