In the wells of the Voronezh village of Elan-Kolono, the content of uranium in drinking water increases, despite the cleaning carried out by Rospotrebnadzor. On February 10, the local activist Lilia Ishkova wrote on her social network page. She refers to the results of an independent examination by activists. Samples for her were taken on December 8, 2015, after the specialists of the regional Rospotrebnadzor were pumped out and chlorin infected water.
“From the received protocols we see that radiation is increasing, and not only alpha (even greater excess of the norm), but also beta-active (there is no excess, but the numbers have grown). An increase in the concentration of thorium, uranium, bromine, potassium, phosphorus and some other elements was also revealed, ”Ishkova said.

The purpose of the study, according to her, was to find out how the measures of pumping and chlorination of water carried out by Rospotrebnadzor affected, and how the continuing drilling of exploration wells is reflected in the state of the water three kilometers from the village of Elan-Colenus.
Activists have not yet made public examination protocols, as they are waiting for the results of research by Rospotrebnadzor, who, as 7x7 wrote , did not inform the inhabitants of Elan-Colenus about the radiation infection of water in their wells. Currently, wells continue to be used.
