Donetsk a year after Minsk

Minsk agreements on the establishment of peace in eastern Ukraine were signed on February 12, 2015. A year later, the photo correspondent of Radio Liberty/Free Europe Peter Shelomovsky visited Donetsk and its environs remaining under the control of the pro -Russian armed separatists.
