A rally against the development of the square in a warm camp gathered 900 people

In the southwestern metropolitan district of a warm camp, a rally was held against point development, which involves the construction of a high-altitude hotel at the site of the square and a one-story building of stores and mail. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces" from the scene. About 900 people took part in the agreed action.

Among the standing from the stands were the leader of the Democratic Choice party, Vladimir Milov, the party functionar on December 5, the municipal deputy of the South-Western district of Zyuzino Konstantin Yankauskas, the coordinator of the Russian car owners Vadim Korovin. Meanwhile, officials of the Moscow City Hall and the district council of the warm camp, despite the invitations sent to them by the organizers of the rally, did not appear at the action.

Four participants in the action were detained by the police. As the ATS-Info reported , before the rally on the instructions of a certain person in civilian, Alexander Stepanov was seized, who brought columns to broadcast performances. The demonstrators suggested that the police have enough alleged participants in the previous action, which took place on February 6 . About 10 people were detained at the action of the 6th itself, six of which were arrested two days later from 7 to 12 days under part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of the police officer).

The public defender of the detainees Sergei Sharov-Delone drew attention to two nuances. Firstly, the offenses allegedly committed during the action on February 6 were charged Stepanov and Kopeikin. Meanwhile, according to Part 2 of Article 28.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (terms for drawing up a protocol), paper for activists should have been issued within two days, that is, no later than February 8. Secondly, the Code does not provide obligations of a clarity and do not have legal force. Therefore, he concluded Sharov-Delon, his principals will demand a call to the court with a summons.

As previously reported, opponents of the development of the square in the warm camp receive threats, and one of them, the local municipal deputy Mikhail Gromov, was brutally beaten on February 1. He received serious injuries and ended up in the hospital. At the same time, the construction guards said to the police that Gromov himself attacked them, and also damaged the property - a fence and parked cars.
