Protocols of disobedience were drawn up against two detainees in Teply Stan

At the Teply Stan police station, reports were drawn up against Alexander Stepanov and Andrey Kopeikin for disobedience to the legal demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code), which allegedly took place on February 6, despite the fact that, according to Art. 28.5 of the Administrative Code, an administrative protocol on such an offense can be drawn up no later than two days after the incident.

Currently, the detainees are being released from the police department. They signed an undertaking to appear in court. The Department of Internal Affairs said that the meeting will be on February 15. According to Sergei's lawyer, since this obligation has no legal force, they will demand that the detainees be summoned to court by summons.
