A year ago, I read one of the most popular and poorly written books of the Russian Internet. Today I had to recall her: the text of Steice Kramer “50 days before my suicide” has already read 5.5 million people on the Internet and 100,000 on paper; Now Rospotrebnadzor has decided to remove the book from a number of bookstores in Russia for violating the age marks of the publication. Propaganda of suicide, alcohol, sex-this is nothing, but for some reason it appears again, again and again; To ban and for a couple of minutes to restore the illusion that all this still does not exist.
The entire Soviet arsenal of control slowly merges with the environment, becomes part of it. Democents, self -censorship, speech regulation. You can write a sly on the popular public "VKontakte", a book or arthouse cinema. Officially, it is still allowed to say anything, but already with the amendment - not always, not everywhere and not everyone. Already entered the use of “oh, too politically/radical/harsh ...”, and, it seems, few people think about the logical continuation of this paradigm of thinking.
Having destroyed the institutions of reputation, the state calls on moral authorities under the growing set of laws. Today, “moral authority” recognized that a book for teenagers cannot be read to adolescents. Only having reached the cherished adulthood, you receive the permission of the state to knowledge about the existence of suicide, premarital sex, drugs, gender inequality and violence. This is a kind of frontier, for which the clash of culture and the “censoring” body finally came out-this time one of the most popular pop-fences of 2015 has been attacked.
The text is written by a minor author in the genre of the "teenage revolution", and - it is important - this is a bad text, it is impossible to consider and defend its cultural value. But the voice of a generation that exists in the sterile space of comprehensive censorship on the one hand and the developed tools of counter -culture on the other is important. The logical way to resist the “surrogate” of propaganda of television channels and environmental indifference becomes just this tools.
In its kind, this is the story of “children-404” in a different plane, a ban on actualizing the problem of a teenager by a teenager.
And so we are dealing with the environment whose voice reflects the author; a publishing house banally responding to the needs of the environment for relevance and information; The parental community trying not only to close their eyes to the problems of the teenager, but also to force the teenager to abandon the word before the onset of magic eighteen (and then, of course, everything will instantly become completely different). That is, in silence and coercion to silence, a professional crime is committed. Rospotrebnadzor (ready to serve as a to the charitable case of censorship on the first whistle), Rospotrebnadzor, in turn, is attracted to efficiency-an expert opinion (dubious? Justified?-at least some, as it turns out, but it turns out differently each time), then the opinion occurs to the opinion on the sale points. And then adults will be able to sleep calmly again - their children will no longer learn about the sex and existence of alcohol: after all, everyone knows that the cause of alcoholism and the cause of school persecution are books.
If we teach ourselves the language of the censor and admit that we understand what “propaganda” (in fact - no) is another contradiction: all the reiders involved in the book and the professional community of practicing psychologists easily prove that the plot does not contain elements justifying or encouraging suicide of minors. However, it is important that suicide is a reaction (reactions cannot be promoted), and we know well what the states regulating the reactions of our citizens are called. And - banal - the book is just about how to move from the reaction to the personally organized salvation. It is about the passivity of reality, its deafness to the teenager’s problem and to the teenager’s needs to understand and “pull himself out of the scruff” himself, and, probably, the five -millionth audience addresses this text not for artistic value, but just for the recipe and motivation.
Where it would be a logical revision of age -related markings for “reality”, reality is again trying to narrow up to a stately acceptable norm.
