Perm artist Anton Myrzin, known under the pseudonym Paperdaemon Changnostic, received a political asylum in Ukraine. He wrote about this on his Facebook page .
In December 2014, the FSB in the Perm Territory opened a criminal case against emergency activities against Myrzin. The reason was the participation of an artist in Kiev by the exhibition "One hundred Patriotic posters". In addition, Myrzin's works were published on his page on the social network.
After the organizers of the exhibition reported that the author of some works is a resident of Perm, Hell Hell opened the Paperdaemon CHAOUNOSTIC accounts on social networks and posted Myrzin’s personal and installation data on the Internet. After that, the State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein, who demanded to check the work of Permism for extremism and institute criminal proceedings, turned to the prosecutor's office of the Perm Territory.
On December 7, 2014, Myrzin left for Ukraine and asked for a political asylum. "Realizing the complete absence of forces and resources for struggle alone with a whole country, which fell into a massive induced madness, I was forced to emigrate from Russia to Ukraine in order to obtain political asylum there, with a possible further prospect of professional growth in the field as political and agitational art. I see a continuation of my activity in space, free from any artistic or ideological. Censorship, ”Myrzin wrote.
Meanwhile, the page of the artist VKontakte, where his work was published, was blocked by the administration of the social network.
