On Friday, the Kamchatka Regional Court sentenced the serial killer Vladimir Tushinsky, who received the nickname "Kamchatka Chikatilo". He was accused of killing five girls and young women, as well as sexual violence against his own stepdaughter. The maniac chose victims by external resemblance to his adopted daughter.
“Having examined all the materials of the case, and these are more than 70 volumes, the court came to the conclusion that Vladimir Tushinsky’s guilt in the acts charged with him and sentenced him to life imprisonment with serving a special regime in the colony,” the representative of the press service of the Kamchatka regional court told TASS.
The court sessions began in October 2015. All of them, with the exception of the first, took place closed, since most of the victims in the case did not reach the time of the crime of adulthood.
Behind the bars, Tushinsky’s maniac will have to undergo treatment - one of the examinations revealed a mental disorder in the form of pedophilia.
The court granted all the civil lawsuits declared by relatives of the victims in the amount of more than 12 million rubles, writes Kam 24 . Tushinsky, according to the charge, should pay 500 thousand rubles to the stepdaughter of Julia, which he raped in various forms from 2005 to 2009.
During the investigation, it turned out that Tushinsky began to kill schoolgirls after the stepdaughter was taken to another region. "A pathological sexual attraction to the stepdaughter and the inability to satisfy it caused the Tushino sense of hatred of other teenage girls and young women," the RF IC noted.
This was the reason for the murder. All the girls became the victims of the maniac, because they looked like Julia.
In his last word, Tushinsky pleaded guilty for all episodes in full, and also asked for forgiveness from the victims and said that he would accept any punishment as fair.
"In the last word, the defendant drew the attention of the court to the contradictions in the case file in the testimony of the victim, witnesses, as well as the inadmissibility of a number of evidence," the official website of the regional court reported.
During the debate of the parties, the state prosecutor asked the court to appoint the defendant finally punishment in the form of life imprisonment. The victims in the case supported the position of the state prosecutor. The lawyer asked to apply Art. 64 of the Criminal Code and impose a punishment below the lower limit.
A series of murders
Since the fall of 2009, the engineer of the fuel pumps of the Mokhovskoy boiler house N3 (OJSC Kamchatkenergo) Vladimir Tushinsky became "on the personal car of Toyota Hilux Surf to patrol the streets of the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and the Elizovsky municipal district of the Kamchatka Territory." On deserted roads and bus stops, he looked for single girls who looked like his adopted daughter, stopped and offered to give them a lift.
In the period from autumn 2010 to February 2014, five people aged 11 to 22 years became victims of the Pedophila maniac. So, in the fall of 2010, Vladimir killed a 15-year-old schoolgirl Natalya Moiseeva. On the evening of October 10, the girl stood at the BAM stop in Petropavlovsk. She called her relatives and said that she could not go home because there was no bus. After 20 minutes, the schoolgirl's phone was already outside the access zone. Two years later, a woman stumbled upon the remains of Natalia, who went into the grove for mushrooms in the Mokhovaya microdistrict.
A month after the murder of Moiseeva, an 11-year-old student of the school in Elizovo Olga disappeared. The girl was supposed to come home to the village of Dvorechye after studying in Elizov. For several weeks, police officers and volunteers were looking for Olga, but only found her mobile phone broken into pieces.
Moscow psychics did not help to find out the fate of Olga. In the fall of 2013, information appeared on the Internet that the schoolgirl allegedly hides special services after she visited sexual slavery with a group of visitors. But the police and representatives of the Investigative Committee refuted these speculations.
In early January 2011, 16-year-old Kristina Orlova disappeared. And a year later, the victim of Tushinsky was the 22-year-old saleswoman of the TD "Slavic" Ulyana Nikiforova. She was stabbed on Ussuriyskaya Street.
Tushinsky carefully hid the bodies of the three victims after the murders. Their remains were discovered in 2014 during search activities and investigative actions with the participation of the accused himself: Tushinsky indicated the place where the skull of Ulyana Nikiforova managed to find.
The maniac was caught using auto -registers
Vladimir Tushinsky was detained in early March 2014 on suspicion of killing 20-year-old Irina Khodos. The girl’s corpse was found on February 16 at a bus stop on Stepnaya Street in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. She died from 12 stab wounds inflicted in the neck, chest and back.
Before her death, Irina managed to call her mother and said that some man was molesting her. The girl tried to scare him that would complain to the Father-Police, but this did not stop the criminal.
Having examined the recording of the DVRs provided by drivers during the investigation, the investigators found the image of the suspect, as well as his Toyota car.
"There are not so many such pickups on the peninsula, we quickly worked out all the owners of the cars and went to the employee of the boiler house of Vladimir Tushinsky," the police said.
As it turned out, the car once belonged to Tushinsky’s father-in-law. After receiving this inheritance on wheels, Vladimir became an avid ecrid driving lover. He was even one of the leaders in the movement of jeepers in Kamchatka. Inside the car, the police found wiped traces of blood, women's hair, an artificial vagina, women's underpants, as well as an ax, a hunting knife, a baton-electro-skill, a pneumatic gun and a “blow” self-defense tool.
Friends spoke of Tushinsky as an exemplary family man who loves his wife and spends a lot of time with a little son.
Only the criminal record of Vladimir, who was convicted of theft and beating in his youth, overshadowed the biography. In prison, he received a bald nickname, and after his release he became a fuel supply driver, married a nurse and raised two children.
First, the suspect, who was detained in a state of drug intoxication, denied his guilt. But then Vladimir confessed to the reprisal against Irina Khodos, who was supposedly ill -mannered.
“The girl stood in the cold. I just stopped and in a friendly manner offered to give her a lift, and she began to be rude,” said Vladimir Tushinsky. When Irina threatened to call the police, the man was scared, grabbed the knife and stabbed his failed passenger.
And a day later, Tushinsky confessed to four more murders. At the same time, he claimed that he had not raped victims. Judging by the last press release of the RF IC, investigators could not find evidence that the dead girls and girls were subjected to sexual violence.
Within the framework of the investigation, over 60 forensic examinations were conducted, one of which revealed to the accused pedophilia. The same expert study confirmed that the man realized the nature and social danger of all his actions and led them, that is, he was sane.
The suspect was charged with p. "B" part 3 of Art. 132, p. "D" part 2 of Art. 132 ("violent actions of a sexual nature"), paragraph "in" part 3 of Art. 131, p. "D" part 2 of Art. 131 ("Rape") and p. "A", "in" Part 2 of Art. 105 ("murder") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
