Roskomnadzor sent a warning to the administrators of the nemtsov-most.org website dedicated to the Boris Nemtsov memorial. The document says that access to material about the procession in memory of Nemtsov in Nizhny Novgorod is limited, which has not yet been approved. Roskomnadzor believes that this material contained “calls for mass riots, extremist activities, participation in mass (public) events held in violation of the established procedure.”
