The Yekaterinburg activist Elena Shukaeva received a response from the Central Internal Affairs Directorate to the complaint sent due to the fact that in November 2015, the Center for Combating Extremism came to her several times and demanded not to take events. The document that she publishes on Facebook says that “in accordance with paragraph 16 of Art. 12 of the Federal Law of 07.02.2011 No. 3-ФЗ “On Police”, bypassing citizens who are organizers and active participants in public events held in the city of Yekaterinburg in order to prevent citizens' data on the inadmissibility of extremist activities during mass shares ”.
There were no violations by employees.
Employees also came to other activists of the Yekaterinburg -For Freedom group. The reason was Putin's arrival in the city. Shukaeva previously said that people who came to her house did not introduce themselves and gave her to sign an official warning about responsibility during the event and the inadmissibility of extremist actions.
