On Monday, a fight took place on the square, several participants of which were eventually detained by law enforcement agencies. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko traditionally accused the Russian authorities of riots on the Maidan and stated that the slogans of the Maidan 3.0 were prepared in advance. The head of the Kyiv police Andrei Krishchenko announced the initiation of criminal cases under the article “Hooliganism” and a call for interrogations of ten participants in clashes.

It was hot in the Verkhovna Rada, where last week I did not find the necessary support for an attempt to resign the government. After that, the Fetkivshchyna faction and some other deputies left the parliamentary coalition. At the same time, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who did not want to leave his post, admitted that in the two years that passed since the events of 2014, the country has not yet reached everything that Ukrainians hoped for, and there is part of his guilt in this.

“I think that the riots on the Maidan and the attempt to take out the no confidence in the government - the events connected among themselves,” said NT in the Ukrainian capital, journalist Saken Aimurzaev, “it turned out that the windows of the Radical Right Forces (RPS) - teenagers born in 1998 and 1999, beat the windows. According to Aimurzaev, now there are only 100 - 150 people on the Maidan, both members of the RPS and their opponents. The journalist also explained NT that, in his opinion, deputies of various factions of the Verkhovna Rada are trying to come to new agreements, not forgetting to pull the political blanket over themselves. The situation is also affected by people's chosen ones, lobbying the interests of large Ukrainian oligarchs. If all of them cannot come to an agreement and form a new coalition in the near future, the president may dissolve the parliament.

“The Third Maidan is often supported by people who openly or secretly defending Russian interests,” Aimurzaev added, “however, there is direct evidence that the“ Moscow Hand ”, which was engaged in subversive activities, was behind the last events, neither the President nor the special services provided.”

However, at the same time, some experts do not see anything terrible in this situation and are sure that there will not be possible to build any third Maidan on the foundation of the current riots. “I think that no shakes and shocks before the fall are not expected to be in the Ukrainian authorities,” said NT Vadim Karasev, Ukrainian political scientist, director of the private enterprise “Institute of Global Strategies”, “until March 15, when a new plenary week in the Verkhovna Rada, parliamentarians need to figure out if there is still a legally coalition. And if not, it will have to be formed. But in this, in my opinion, there should be no problems, because the main alleged participants in the new coalition are the party “Blok Petro Poroshenko”, the “People’s Front” Arsenia Yatsenyuk and the “radical party” of Oleg Lyashko are united by the lack of a desire to hold new parliamentary elections, because, according to surveys, members of these parties will not fall into the Rada at all, or take much fewer chairs than today. ”
