Recently, I often played in the evenings near the Museum of the Revolution, in the area of ​​the Square of the Revolution. The police, when the holidays, strained, come to me and say that I leave. I ask what’s the matter, but then I'm going and leaving. Many have already seen me there, and the police cars drive when I play. When cold, I usually go to the transition. Naturally, he didn’t interfere with anyone-there, before the entrance, about eight to ten meters. On the stairs there may be a hundred or two people to fit. And then a couple of things played somewhere-the police drove up, two police officers. They say there was a bell that I interfere and gather people around me. I say: "Well, I'm leaving, I'm already going to leave." “No, go with us, they will explain to you there. If you resist, we apply strength. ” What to do? I gathered, loaded my things - a saw and a comb. Let's go there, I waited there for two and a half hours. At this time, they were just a protocol. Without witnesses, without everything.

I read the protocol when I was brought into the room. I completely disagree with him: it was written there that I committed an offense under article 20.2.2, part 1, that I organized a non-public performance or something like that with the involvement of ten or more people. Well, completely attracted. I say: "I will not sign such a protocol." They say: “As you want, documents will be filed in the court anyway. Write that do not agree. ” I wrote that I did not agree with the protocol, I still signed it. The second copy was given to me, but a copy of the receipt of the seizure of my things - I was taken from both the saw and the combi - they did not give me. Now I have practically nothing to earn.
