How I met Kadyrov (report on Kadyrov)

A correspondence acquaintance with Ramzan Kadyrov happened to me in the summer of 2015. Prior to this, I turned to the Investigative Committee regarding the verification of the facts of threats to the journalist Elena Milashina. The threats were related to an article regarding a lot of noise, the marriage of the police chief of Chechnya with a 17-year-old girl, and she actually became the second wife. Violation of the Family Code of the Russian Federation and other Russian laws in a single republic is a separate large topic. So, my acquaintance with the Chechen order began with the fact that the district police officer came to me, to whom I had to give an explanation why I dared to intercede for a Russian journalist criticizing the president of Chechnya. It turned out that not the one who threatened with reprisal gives evidence, but those who opposed threats. According to human rights activists, I know that everything related to appeals with a request to verify the actions of the Chechen state bodies for compliance with Russian laws often ends with the communication of applicants with the police. A peculiar boomerang: sent an appeal to the prosecutor’s office or the Investigative Committee - wait when the paper comes from Grozny to you and get ready for the policeman's visit.

Personally, I am surprised by those Voronezh residents who, in response to Kadyrov’s criticism, say that he will save Russia at a difficult time. Does someone really believe that a person who is not recognized as necessary to observe Russian laws, will come running to save someone in Voronezh? It is interesting to observe a change in consciousness among the supporters of the authorities, before they threatened the supporters of the opposition by the people, now - Chechens. What have the supporters of Putin have already reached: calling the Muscs Chechens to save Russians from democracy and integration with Christian Europe. The TV scares us by the fact that the EU, under the influence of Muslim migrants, loses its European appearance, and, at the same time, we pay a lot of money from the budget of Russia for the prosperity of Chechnya and close our eyes bashfully for the violation of the law and the active Islamization of the republic. Can such a domestic policy be called correct?
