Yoshkar-Ola deputies optimized the structure of the city administration

The city hall will have one control and one sector more and two departments less. The position of one of the advisers and four posts of the municipal service are excluded. On February 24, at a session of the city assembly, deputies supported the proposed changes. This was reported by the correspondent " 7x7 ".

The decision on structural changes in the administration of the capital of the Mari El was rushed almost simultaneously with the appearance of a new person as mayor. Evgeny Maslov in his first interview made it clear that he was interested in the issue of the functional viability of some departments. It was the mayor initiated changes in the structure of the Yoshkar-Olin administration, he introduced the project for consideration by deputies.

As follows from the document, nine departments, three committees and 14 departments, two sectors and the same number of commissions remain in the structure of the city administration. From the innovations - the Office for interaction with public organizations and working with the population and the sector for working with the media. There will be fewer departments: firstly, due to the merger of the department of transport and the development of territories with the department of entrepreneurship (the department of entrepreneurship, transport and the consumer market is formed), and secondly, due to the exclusion from the structure of the city administration of the dispatch department.

Four posts of the municipal service are reduced. It falls under the reduction and position of an adviser to the mayor - she was occupied by Natalya Bazhina , who was responsible for interaction with the media. However, at the same time a new position is introduced - the head of the sector for working with the media.

The Yoshkar-Olinsky deputies supported another document related to amendments to the 2016 budget: the released fund of the remuneration of four municipal workers and one unit of auxiliary personnel (2.9 million rubles) is planned to be directed to the creation of a unified duty-dispatch service of Yoshkar-Ola (112). This service will consist of 13 people.
