In Chelyabinsk, the organizer and applicant of the rally of memory of Boris Nemtsov, a member of the Democratic Choice party, Vyacheslav Kislitsin, is beaten. This was reported on the blog by the leader of the regional branch of Parnas Alexei Tabalov. According to him, this happened at the passage of the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant (Kislitsin used to work there).
