The applicants for the rally in memory of Boris Nemtsov failed to challenge the refusal in court

The organizers of events in memory of Boris Nemtsov in Novosibirsk tried to challenge in court the refusal of the mayor's office to agree on a rally in the city center. However, Yegor Savin, the head of the local branch of PARNAS, told OVD-Info that the Central District Court took the side of the city administration at the February 26 hearing.

The organizers also planned to hold a photo exhibition in memory of Nemtsov on 27 February. However, they were told that it was impossible to hold an exhibition in the room they had rented because the roof was leaking. Savin wrote on Facebook that they did not find any traces of a leak in the room, despite the fact that no measures were taken against the leak - in particular, the snow had not been cleared from the roof for a very long time.
