Saxophonist Rustam Tolbeev, who was detained earlier, was released from the Khamovniki police department. Oleg Mokryakov spoke about this.

According to him, they began to draw up a protocol on crossing the road in the wrong place and documents on the return of lost things for a street musician, but later he was released without drawing up a protocol. The police also returned the instrument seized during the arrest to him.

Mokryakov filed an application with the police department against the police officers who carried out the arrest, demanding that a criminal case be opened against them for robbery.
