The family of the deceased co-chair of the RPR-Parnas Boris Nemtsov will not require compensation for material and non-pecuniary damage in court from the alleged murder performers. This was stated by the lawyer of the victims Vadim Prokhorov, Interfax reports .
“We have a consolidated opinion that we will not demand some money from them. We need to make the murder open, and take bloody money incorrectly,” the lawyer emphasized.
Prokhorov also said that the General Secretariat of Interpol put on the wanted list Ruslan Mukhudinov. The investigation considers him a customer of a crime. "We believe that Mukhudinov is most directly related to the murder, but we do not need to exaggerate his role, as well as to deceive. He is rather an executor, the organizer," said Prokhorov.
This week, the party of the victims finished getting acquainted with the materials of the criminal case against five alleged crime contractors, the lawyer said. Now the defendants and their lawyers will get acquainted with the case. After that, if the prosecutor's office approved the indictment, the case will be sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
On January 29, the TFR announced the end of the investigation in the case of the murder of Nemtsov . There are five accused: the fighter of the North battalion Zaur Dadaev, the brothers Anzor and Shadid Gubashev, Temirlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev. He was imputed by points "Z", "s" of part 2 of article 105 (hiring murder as part of an organized group) and part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons). Materials in relation to customers of crime, Mukhudinov and "other unidentified persons", were allocated in separate production. The criminal prosecution of Beslan Shavanov was discontinued in connection with his death.
