In January, the Russian prosecutor's office of the city stated that the term of work of elevators on the balance sheet of communal enterprises exceeds 25 years. In early February, the elevators were stopped by the city houses. Officials said the further operation of this equipment is unsafe.

Back in a number of houses at the end of the month, the elevators stopped for the duration of the prosecutor's audit.

Now non -working elevators are with open doors on the first floors of buildings. The anthem of Russia sounds in those cabins that are equipped with a sound warning system.
