Person involved in the “Kaliningrad flag case” appealed to the ECHR
a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has filed Activist Oleg Savvin in the case of hanging the German flag on the FSB garage in Kaliningrad. This was stated by lawyer Irina Khrunova. According to Savvin, his criminal prosecution was politically motivated. Earlier, another defendant in this case, Mikhail Feldman, applied to the ECHR.
