Popular blogger from Tyumen Alexei Kungurov, who was detained on March 3, was released on bail. He writes on his blog that he has been prosecuted for justifying terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) for his LiveJournal post “Who are Putin’s falcons really bombing”, which is mostly devoted to describing ISIS. Moreover, according to him, while he was in the FSB, they managed to reclassify the case from the 2nd part to the less serious 1st, considering that LiveJournal is not a mass media.
Kungurov reports that he was handcuffed for seven hours. According to him, it was not that they beat him, but “compared to what it used to be, one can say that they tapped softly.” During the interrogation, he was promised group violence in the cell. One of the employees, who told Kungurov that he "would accompany the investigation", explained to him that Russia was fighting international terrorism, and people like Kungurov were traitors and accomplices.
