A street musician was once again detained in Moscow

A street musician, Alexander Martov, was detained in Moscow. He told OVD-Info that he performed songs with a guitar near the Babushkinskaya metro station. The police approached him and demanded to leave. He asked on what basis. Instead of answering, he was detained and taken to the Babushkinskaya police station. It is not yet clear what exactly he is charged with.

UPD: He was released from the police department without explanation.
