The new charter of the RFU was adopted

At the RFU conference in Moscow, a new project of the charter was adopted at a general vote. This was reported by the official website of the organization .

The project of the new Charter of the RFU involves the creation of two new committees that will operate on an ongoing basis-the Committee of Children and Youth Football and the Committee of Professional Football. Committees on personal scholarships and relations with the regions will also be disbanded. Instead of the latter, the Executive Committee will create on an ongoing basis the council of the regions. It will consist of all the heads of interregional associations of regional football federations, football federations of Moscow, the Moscow Region and St. Petersburg, as well as ten more heads of regional football federations, who will change annually on the principle of rotation.
