Iran conducted several test launches of ballistic missiles as part of the exercise, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced.
Tehran conducted the new tests two months after the US imposed sanctions on companies and officials involved in Iran's ballistic missile program.
The US sanctions were imposed after Iran launched Emad medium-range missiles in October 2015.
The tests demonstrated Iran's "deterrent forces, as well as the ability of the Islamic Republic to withstand any threats to the [Islamic] revolution, state and sovereignty of the country," the statement said.
