There are currently fifteen detainees at the Tverskoy police station; protocols are being drawn up against them under two articles at once - 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a public event) and 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer). Police officers told public defender Alla Frolova that they had received an order to keep all detainees overnight until trial.
At the same time, the police agreed to let Frolova inside to give the detainees water and food. The police refused to allow defense lawyer Alexander Bukvarev to see the detainees, telling her: “We don’t know you.”
