In view of this zealous, up to the desire to lie down with bones, the disserter has not yet been confronted by the deprivation of the scientific degree of a candidate or doctor of legal sciences of a single judge or prosecutor. In total, to date, the disserter has submitted 31 applications for depriving the degree in relation to the applied lawyers. As a result, only two have lost scientific degrees - Dmitry Vornovsky, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region [1], and Vladimir Platonov [2], the chairman of the Moscow City Duma from 1994 to 2014 - he submitted an application to the highest certification commission with a request to deprive him of his academic degree [3].
However, the disserter does not intend to retreat and will ram this fortress further. Lawyers form the state of legality in our country, and the more among them palagiars' lawyers, that is, violators, the less we have the chances of adopting reasonable laws and their correct application.
Why, in principle, a lawyer, that is, the owner of a rather popular profession, a scientific degree awarded for a dubious, hastily blind dissertation? This is not only an opportunity to brow before colleagues and acquaintances a business card, on which, under the last name, the name and patronymic, the golden embossing is knocked out: “Candidate/Doctor of Law”. Of course, there are a sufficient number of lawyers whose needs not far away from the needs of savages in hosing themselves with glass beads to demonstrate superiority over the tribesmen. A lawyer for a degree can knock himself a more solid fee from the client. Adjusted lawyers are exempted from passing the exam required to receive a judge’s position, and when passing the exam for obtaining the status of a lawyer - from questions on the scientific specialty of a dissertation research. This is very consistent with the fact that the public in our country has a lot of complaints about violations of the rule of law in its activities called law enforcement. In Fig. 3 You see a web of relationships between magazines chosen for publications with applied lawyers whose dissertations are questioned by the disserter in terms of the independence of spelling, and university dissoters, where these dissertations are protected.
