Mikhail Kriger and Ksenia Istomina, detained near the State Duma building, were released from the Tverskoy police station. According to data that has not yet been confirmed, protocols have been drawn up against them under Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offences.

The March 16 court appearance bond he signed did not include an article number, Krieger said. At the same time, the police told him that they had drawn up a report under Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, but he was not given a copy. Istomina did not sign the obligation; she was not shown the protocol either.
