In Tver, the trial of the blogger Bubeev began

The judge of the Zavolzhsky District Court of Tver Alexei Rodionov began to essentially consider the Blogger Andrei Bubeev case. The lawyer of the accused Svetlana Sidorkina reported this to the Franes.

Bubeev is charged with two reposts on a personal page on VKontakte. Publishing the poster of Anton Marzin (Paperdaemon Changnostic) "squeeze Russia out!" qualified under part 2 of article 280 (public calls for extremism via the Internet), the publication of the article by Boris Stomakhin "Crimea is Ukraine!" - under part 2 of article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for separatism). For each of these accusations, the Code provides for up to five years of the colony. The blogger is contained in the SIZO-1 in Tver.

At the hearing on Thursday, Sidorkina filed a motion to return the case to the prosecutor's office to eliminate gross violations committed in it, but Rodionov rejected the request. Then the prosecutor announced the indictment.

After that, two witnesses were heard. The FSB operative was the first to examine the VK page Bubeev. It was on his report against the blogger that the case was opened. The second was a specialist-computer from the FSB, in the presence of which the operative conducted an inspection of the page. Sidorkina discovered a lot of discrepancies both between the testimony of one and the other security forces, and between the testimony of each of them, given during the investigation and in court.

The next meeting in the case will be held on April 6. On it, in particular, it is supposed to interrogate the two witnesses who were present during the inspection of the VK page Bubeev. At the hearing on Thursday, these witnesses did not manage to interrogate.

The testimonies of the security forces and witnesses were given to the FSB investigator, who was conducting the matter, the reason to conclude that at least four people saw the Bubeev’s page, and therefore, publications on it were available to the general public.

This is the second case of Bubeev. The first was opened in early 2015 to denote a supporter of Russian aggression in Ukraine, with whom the blogger entered into a dispute on the social network. Bubeev was charged with reposts on his VK page of a number of publications. Among them were the video “Tanks and armored vehicles of the Russian Federation, a large column of a fascist aggressor on the border with Ukraine. 01/20/2015”, a photo of a cemetery with the text about mass burials of militants in eastern Ukraine, a note by the blogger Andrei Shipilov about anti -Ukrainian moods in Russia, and a knife instructions. Bubeev did not accompany his reposts with any comments.

In addition, the blogger was charged with the storage of 56 combat cartridges prohibited for civil circulation. As the accused later explained, he found cartridges in an abandoned military unit and took with him, as they approached his hunting carbine.

Bubeev was away, and on April 27, 2015 he was put on the federal wanted list. Behind the members of the blogger family, surveillance was set. The neighbors and relatives stated that Bubeev was suspected of serious crimes, and they talked about the murder one, the other about rape, etc. On May 24, when Bubeev came to visit his wife and son in the country, the neighbors reported this to the security forces. The blogger was detained by special forces and, after the trial, was sent to the pre -trial detention center as it was stopped.

In the investigation in the first case, Bubeev fully pleaded guilty and went to the pre -trial agreement. On August 28, 2015, the judge of the Zavolzhsky District Court Stanislav Strusovsky sentenced the blogger to the year of the penal colony under Part 1 of Article 282 (arousal of hatred or enmity) and part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal storage of ammunition). The total term was assigned by partial addition of punishments: 10 months of the colony-settlement under the 282nd article and 5 months-according to the 222nd. At the same time, the prosecutor demanded for the defendant three years in the colony.

The objects in respect of which Bubeev aroused hatred and enmity in the verdict Russian, as well as social groups such as “citizens of the Russian Federation” as a whole, “citizens of the Russian Federation supporting the President of the Russian Federation”, “law enforcement officers” and “Russians experiencing patriotic feelings”.

The current case was brought up to Bubeev almost immediately after the sentence according to the previous one. This time the blogger refused to admit guilt.

After the verdict, Bubeev is contained in the SIZO-1 special block: in connection with the initiation of a new business, he was never sent to the colony. From the moment of placement in the special block to mid -February, Politzeck has already been sent to a punishment cell five times under a far -fetched pretext.

The prosecutor approved the indictment in the new case on January 26. The process was opened on February 17, but the hearings were postponed at the request of Sidorkina, who, having entered this meeting, asked for time to familiarize themselves with the materials (

Rosfinmonitoring included Bubeev in the list of terrorists and extremists. All his bank accounts are frozen.

On the eve of the opening of the second process of Blogger Myrzin, in December 2014, hiding from Perm right before the initiation of the case against him under Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code, announced the receipt of political asylum in Ukraine . Meanwhile, Stomakhin, who was already convicted in the third case, is serving a seven-year term in the IK-10 strict regime at the Vsesvyatskaya station within the city of Chusova to the east of Perm. His lawyer in the third case was also Sidorkin.
