After an attack on journalists and human rights activists in Ingushetia, a criminal case was opened

After the March 9 attack on the car of the Joint Mobile Group of the Committee for the Prevention of Torture, in which human rights activists and journalists were traveling, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism) and Article 167 of the Criminal Code (deliberate destruction of property).

This was reported by Mediazona correspondent Yegor Skovoroda , who was interrogated by an investigator from the Sunzhensky Department of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia as a victim.

In addition, the authorities of Ingushetia promised to personally monitor the progress of the investigation in the criminal case. This was announced by the Secretary of the Security Council of Ingushetia Akhmed Dzeitov.
