Detained at Manezhnaya was released from the police station

Natalia Ivanova, who was detained on Manezhnaya Square, was released from the Kitai-Gorod police department. A protocol was drawn up against her on violation of the procedure for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), while it says that Ivanova organized a picket in which ten people participated without submitting a notification. Meanwhile, the 5th part of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses applies to the participant of the event, not the organizer.
