The FSB does not see a threat to Mikhail Kasyanov from Ramzan Kadyrov

PARNAS leader Mikhail Kasyanov published on his Facebook information about the response from the FSB to his statement of January 31 on the fact that the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov appeared on Instagram in a video where he was depicted in an optical sight. The FSB told him that the recording contained no signs of illegal actions.
