It is unlikely that Washington pathologists do not know how to distinguish one type of injury from another. There are no traces of the fight in the room, no one heard screams for help or noise. According to the New York Times, the cameras captured the return of Lesin to the hotel - he looked "disheveled". Is a deadly beaten person able to move independently - not crawling, but on foot? Perhaps, but only at a short distance. So, the beating took place somewhere near the hotel and was supposed to get on the cameras installed on the street. If it was a random fight, as some suggest, it is extremely strange that the victim did not seek medical help.

But who said Lesin did not leave the hotel anymore? What if the deceased was already delivered to the room - through the service entrance under the guise of some cargo? But why should the killers deliver a dead body to the hotel? To try to pass death for the natural? Or for the murder to be demonstrative and instructive for other former high -ranking Russian officials who want to talk with the FBI?

Friend and business partner of Lesin, Sergei Vasiliev, claims that Lesin spent that evening at the hotel with his old friends, who "live in America for a long time," and then flared up, left and "settled, as I understand it, in the first" hotel.
