Most of the deputies of the State Duma of the sixth convocation want to maintain their positions and go to the polls. The difference between the single -mandate is that they are less dependent on their party leaders, because the list is always a certain vertical. To become a single-mandate, one must have some kind of relationship with the presidential administration, and with the party, and with the regional power, and be rooted in a particular region. They have many dependencies and many relationships.

Lobbitist opportunities only increase, because the amount of money is reduced and it will be necessary to fight for each hospital in its region. Therefore, becoming a lobbyist from the region will be very honorable. If earlier lobbyism was primarily administrative, that is, everything was decided in the ministries, now, with a decrease in money and an increase in the significance of lobbyists for the regions, I think lobbyism will only intensify. Moscow, for example, enjoys very great opportunities, regardless of what positions in its state Duma. But other regions - they have fewer opportunities, the ability to reach the minister, to the president, to the prime minister is much less. From this point of view, lobbyists are very important. Therefore, the deputy is a significant figure for one or another governor.

For two thousand years, people became politicians, the motives did not change. Someone has a desire to serve their country, someone goes from selfish goals, someone to lobby ... everyone has their own motives, and they do not change for millennia, for someone glorious, someone is inglorious. The new Duma, it seems to me, will be more public. Firstly, the candidates from the EP will have to go through the primaries, which in itself already small elections (and United Russia will still receive the majority). Secondly, single-mandates appear-it will be a real competition, a battle, which we have not had 13 years old. This means that people prone to public policy will come, inclined to express the point of view of those social groups and businesses that support them. This will all make the seventh Duma more public, more ringing, or more bright. And there will be a big update, that's what is important. There will be many new people who will go through the elections, it may be harder to negotiate and work with them, but these people will be politically more effective. There will be many people of the age of 40-50. The Duma will be more interesting, cheerful.

For many, the State Duma deputy for many is an interesting status for many status requests, but it is clear that the previous Duma has a large extent leveled this status. Of the motives - some prove to others and their own self. The place of the deputy is no longer as attractive as before, because of money, but many would like to become deputies simply due to the fact that the State Duma deputy is equal to the federal minister, albeit formally, but still. Plus, for many, this is an increase in your own influence primarily in the region from which you run. That is, the regional, local authorities will reckon with you. It is clear that the State Duma deputy in the region will be easier to solve any issues.

Lobbitist opportunities have become less compared to the nineties from the two thousandths, but everything flows, everything changes. It is clear that now people who are elected in the same mandate districts will be more difficult for the state to make something to do. We have to negotiate with each of them. Changing the rules of elections leads to an increase in the state of players. It is one thing to give money and sit in a chair, get on the list, not remembering the elections until the mandate expires, another thing to plow in the district.

I think that in this Duma there will be fewer business owners, more than representatives of management and certain elite groups. That is, the main difference - in connection with the latest changes in the legislation, the motivation for direct participation in the elections as candidates among business owners decreased. There are specific restrictions with foreign accounts, with financial freedom, and the lobbying capabilities of the next Duma, it seems to me, will grow. Due to the fact that single -mandate districts are returning, respectively, more people who owe the election of themselves, who are representatives of certain elite groups, often opposed to governors. The level of independence of the one-year-old candidate is higher by definition than the candidate-script. Plus, I think these elections are more competitive than the elections in 2011.

Different people implement different tasks. There are people who want to engage in politics, the second group - those who want to protect their interests and their own business, the third group wants to make a career in public and political life. This is especially important in the regions. A person immediately acquires the status of federal politics and in the region becomes independent of local authorities, he has many degrees of freedom. So there are a lot of advantages from this point of view if a person was not before anyone. If before that he was a governor and goes to the State Duma, this is one story, if he was a hundred entrepreneur and became a deputy of the State Duma- this is the second story. Motives are a million. Why do people go to Moscow State University? Get a crust, or get the Nobel Prize, or get a good job, meet the groom or bride or because the parents forced. There are no general answers, people are different.
