Kuban authorities have expanded the list of participants in the Housing for Russian Family program

The Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory decided to include new categories of citizens in the list of those who have the right to participate in the “Housing for the Russian Family” program. The corresponding document was published on the ZSK website.

Now not only large families, but also everyone who has at least one child, liquidators of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobol nuclear power plant, as well as employees of systemically important enterprises of the Krasnodar Territory can participate in the ZhRS.

Let us remind you that combatants, employees of scientific, medical, educational, sports organizations, etc. can also buy an apartment under the ZhRS program.

The federal program “Housing for the Russian Family” started in the Krasnodar Territory in October 2014. According to it, in the region by the end of 2017. it is planned to introduce 1 million 952 sq. m of economy class housing with a price not exceeding 35 thousand rubles. for 1 sq. m. The mechanism for implementing the program involves providing support to developers in providing land plots with engineering infrastructure through AHML infrastructure bonds in the amount of up to 4 thousand rubles. for 1 sq. m.​ From February 11 to March 28, 11 selections of developers have been announced in Kuban.​
