In Tver on March 16 at 16:40 an activist of the Moscow branch of the Progress Party Anatoly Semyonov was detained. He told OVD-Info that he stood with a single picket in front of the city administration building, observing the distance required by law and not interfering with the movement of citizens and cars. The policemen, he said, did not introduce themselves and did not show badges. Semyonov was taken to the Central Police Department. The detention protocol was not drawn up, he was kept in the department for more than three hours. Semyonov complained to the regional prosecutor's office about the actions of the police.
