Musicians Oleg Mokryakov, Andrei Lomonosov and Nikolai Glotov were detained near the Novokuznetskaya metro station. Mokryakov told OVD-Info that they were going to play near the metro. In addition, they had to be photographed for advertising. A police captain approached them and demanded to leave. To Mokryakov’s objections, he said: “You are drunk, so leave.” After Mokryakov asked him to introduce himself, the captain called for help, and the musicians were detained. They are currently being taken to the Yakimanka police station.
Mokryakov suggests that the police decided to remove the musicians so that they would not interfere with the passage of people coming from a rally dedicated to the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea.
[upd] The musicians were taken to the Yakimanka police department.
