We are preparing a gun

At dawn on December 15, 2014, the military entered the village of Makhachkala, 90 km from Makhachkala: almost a hundred armed fighters, armored vehicles - a common thing for a special operation. People in uniform surrounded one of one -story white houses with a roof covered with an old slate, prepared for the assault. But suddenly a frightened girl in a hijab came out of the house. The military said they were looking for Said Khalikov, she replied that she was she. They immediately put on the handcuffs on Said, detained her mother, and her mother was opened, they searched the house: “They turned the whole house, they behaved very rudely, tried to somehow hurt,” he recalls the rampant. “How can I find fault with women? One was shook on my shoulder, maybe I would explode and attack him, maybe they would have been able to shoot here. But they showed their patience here. For no reason, innocent people are killed. " Both women were taken to the FSB department in Makhachkala, leaving the 93-year-old grandfather Saida at home.

According to Raziyat, during interrogations they "shouted, cursed, but did not beat." In the evening on the same day she was released, her daughter remained in the FSB. It was too late to go home, and the rag called a young man who, shortly before, wooed to Saida (it was open to him, however, refused: although the future dentist, but "too religious"). “I somehow called him mechanically, he came with my mother. We sat in a cafe, they sent me by taxi to my sister in Kaspiysk. And now his mother went home, and told the guy to buy bread. It was 11 o’clock in the evening. And then she calls me at 3 o’clock in the morning, he says, he was gone, he was not sitting with me, they waited for him in his head, put on his head, put on his head. They put a pistol in his pocket. On this, the drama of those days did not end - when she finally reached Novookekent, she found her father on the floor: paralyzed, he stared at the ceiling with glazed eyes. However, that stroke did not kill him, he died only after a month and a half, never seeing Said.

Deduction at the request of the FSB

Saida was born in 1991. Her father was engaged in trade, he did not go to the forest, but in 1996 he disappeared - in the North Caucasus it is not uncommon. Mother Raziyat Isabekova studied on a nurse in the Chelyabinsk region and worked in a sanatorium next to a Novookekent. We lived poorly. Shortly before the loss of her husband, the lifesh gave birth to brother Saida Ibrahim, so I had to spin. In addition to the sanatorium, she "worked as a masseuse, planted two gardens, held cattle, birds." Grandfather’s pension, veteran of the Second World War, also helped out. Saida decided to follow in the footsteps of her mother: in 2008 she entered the medical faculty of the Astrakhan Medical Academy, but could not finish her studies. “Firstly, she began to have health problems, she had to constantly go to Makhachkala, we drove her to the doctors here,” says Ostiayat. “And besides, at the end of the fourth year I put on the hijab. I didn’t like it at the university.” The hijaba does not wear a rag itself, he says that she spent a lot of time in Russia, she didn’t even read the namaz before the arrest of her daughter, but Said raised his grandfather - and taught “observing the faith of the ancestors”. Saida and other students in scarves were called several times to the dean, threatened with expulsion, but the girls argued, tried to prove that they did nothing illegal.

In Astrakhan, Said rented an apartment with several classmates. In early 2013, Gulnar Arsanalieva, at the beginning of 2013, employees of the local FSB came with a search-according to the rag, due to the fact that she met with a young man who “went into the forest” (he is currently in a colony in the Tomsk region). This was the first acquaintance of Saida with the organs. As she told her mother, she was outraged by the disrespectful attitude of the operatives, whom she "found".

The reason for the search could also be a community on the VKontakte network Tasadat, where Gulnara and her friends raised money to needing Muslims. “We have such a law,” explains Raziyat. “Sadaha. If you are a good Muslim, you have to help the poor. Usually they give up to 10%, but everyone decides how much can. Saida called me, asked:“ Here we have an orphan girl, she goes stripping, I can do 500 rubles of sadah to this girl, I didn’t collect all my money? For some time, Saida was even an administrator of the community, according to her interrogations, her role was "to maintain order <...> and publishing announcements on the collection of funds." But Saida explains: "During my administration, I published only one announcement of the collection of funds for the needs of a Muslim suffering from tuberculosis."

The FSB had no questions to Tasadat (as well as to Gulnar Arsanalieva), but in the summer of 2013 the group was closed by the VKontakte administrators. The same summer, Saidu with other girls was expelled from the fifth year. Officially - for poor and absenteeism. Ostruyat went to Astrakhan, was busy for her daughter, said that she was forced to be treated, but the persuasion did not act: “I even went through people to the rector, I came up with money, he said:“ I can’t lose work because of one student, there is a decree from above, ”says the investigator Alexei Mikhailovich < The senior investigator of the Investigative Department of the FSB of the Russian Federation, senior lieutenant Justice Alexei Pogodin> openly told me: "What do you think? This was expelled at our request. "

Exile

Saida returned to Dagestan. According to Raziyat, she did not get out of bed for several weeks, fainted, once lost consciousness on the way to Makhachkala - they decided that she should no longer travel without a brother or mother. From the interrogation protocols it follows that Saida continued to collect money on a new page, which was created by the friend of Gulnara Daria Itsankova. According to Saida, the money was going for treatment to those in need, as well as to lawyers and transfer to the Muslims who were behind bars.

Daria, who played a fatal role in the fate of Saida, turned out to be none other than the widow of William Plotnikov, a boxer from the Tyumen region with a Canadian passport, which the security forces killed during a special operation in Dagestan in 2012. Saide Daria seemed to be an “open and hospitable woman”, she alone raised two children, also spun as best she could: edited texts for some Moscow publishing house, traded clothes, cooked soap, and spent 10% of the profit on charity. In October 2013, Itsankova has a search in which Said is again present. Girls are taken for interrogation in the RUVD, where one of the police officers "in rude uniform" tells Itsankova to leave Dagestan. Daria more than once then tells Saide that she is threatened with FSB officers, demanding that she leave Dagestan, and better the country. She receives a passport, but she is in no hurry to leave: in Makhachkala a school, business, in Canada - parents of her husband, where to go, is not clear. Raziyat says from the words of Saida that in November 2013, law enforcement officers came to Daria and gave 24 hours to leave, threatened with arrest. She immediately flew to Istanbul, Saida and other friends escorted her at the airport. Only two weeks after her departure, Itsankov was put on the wanted list.

Not having time to finish the matter, Daria asks the Makhachkala's friends to help her - then sell the remnants of the batch of children's clothing and send her money, then take the remnants of soap from the outlet. The girls readily responded. Since Saida was too weak, the wolf herself took the soap in Makhachkala, and then sold it to the boarding house, where she worked. But I didn’t have time to give the money - I spent. Saida quarreled because of this with Daria, Raziyat says that Itsankova threatened her daughter to upload her photos with her head uncovered: "And now she put her on the Internet, and my girl cried for 2-3 days. She began to humiliate her" said > and wrote on the Internet that "you are a thief, you stole my money, return my money."

They never collected money for soap, but Saida had the opportunity to help in another: one of the Beeline numbers belonging to Daria was registered with a kivi-wallet. She did not use this number for several months, and it was blocked. Darina lay money on the wallet-43 thousand rubles, she asked Said to restore the SIM-card of the Beeline and transfer money to her. It turned out, however, that the SIM card was already resold to another person, resourceful Saida called the number, bought the SIM card and transferred money to Itsankova’s account in Sberbank. “She said that she did not want to do this and send her money,” recalls Raziyat. “But I insisted that this Daria already lagged behind.” From the interrogations of Saida it follows that she knew that Daria had already been in Syria by that time, but she was insisting: neither she nor her daughter had the concepts of this, they were sure that Daria was going to Canada, but delayed in Istanbul, and they transferred money to the Russian account in Sberbank, for some reason not blocked by special services. The translation of Said made on May 27, 2014, but only on December 15 a security forces appeared in Novoikakent.

The confrontation is refused

From the very beginning there are many oddities from the very beginning. Saida did not deny and honestly admitted: she sent Itsankova money, but what's wrong with it? Daria did not talk about any financing of terrorism, she generally assured Said that the money would go to the treatment of a disabled person from the North Caucasus, who was in Istanbul. At the investigation, Said was first intimidated, put on her: they planted a hamovite woman in the camera, who was mocking her, demanding that she be a deal with the investigation. Then they suddenly changed the tactics, promised a term below the lower (i.e. below five years): “The investigator said: they will give two years,” recalls the slot. The lawyer also advised to testify, hinting at the opportunity to get rid of two years. Both the investigator and the defender forgot that in the 64th article of the Criminal Code, exceptions are prescribed from cases when the court can give punishment below the lower, and these exceptions include all articles regarding terrorist activities.

Said, however, was so aware - but only in a monetary translation, and not in the organization of a terrorist group. This was not enough for a loud story, so the second accused appears in the Khalikova case: another Itsankova friend in correspondence, 26-year-old Elena Arshakhanova.

Arshakhanova lived in Kazan with her husband and thoracic daughter, she also administered the Itsankova page, collecting donations. The entire plot of the charges is being built on her interrogations, despite the fact that the testimony of Khalikova and Arshahanova diverges in almost every word, the investigator Pogodin refused to conduct a confrontation without seeing the contradictions.

So, Saida showed that after Itsankova’s departure, she, along with Arshakhanova, was supposed to administer the VKontakte group, but the latter removed her from this, she staged all the posts herself. The girls even quarreled: Saida wanted to sell Itsankova soap through the group, and Arshakhanova did not place her ads. Arshakhanova herself, on the contrary, says that this was the main administrator, the funds collected in her hands were accumulated "with the aim of further transferring them to the" forest brothers. "Moreover, according to Arshakhanova, Said posted" Texts of radical content ":" On this occasion, I had quarrels and Khalikova, "she says, - since I did not welcome these expression." It is easy to check-it is enough to see the screenshots from the VKontakte page and correspondence, but here is the bad place: according to the lawyer Sabia Agayev, no documentary evidence was supposedly preserved. However, not all: “Itsankova’s special attention emphasized that the leaders (administrators) and the coordinators of the Ajr community from Allah Subkhan Ua Tagal have an obligation to the participants in the illegal armed groups (NVF) operating in the territory of the North Caucasus region and the Syrian Arab Republic,” says Arshakhanov There is no evidence of this again, but there is an international terrorist cell.

Arshakhanova goes further and states that in the process of conversation, Khalikova told her that he was a "liaison of the gang underground operating on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan (the NVF" Vilayat Dagestan ")", but this is not a single documentary confirmation-Sabir Agayev says that there are no Arshakhanova and Khalikova seized computers, only words of the 25-year-old remains intimidated Women who left the infant at large.

Forgotten court

The episode with the Astrakhan friend Saida Gulnara Arsanalieva can indirectly serve about investigation methods. She was also summoned for interrogation to the FSB, and on the day of the detention of Saida-December 15, 2014, but did not arrest. It turns out that soap is only for conspiracy. At the same time, according to Gulnara, she was not familiar with Itsankova herself, her name hears her name for the first time and knows her only by pseudonym in the social network: "White Snow." But about Khalikov, he confidently states that Saida was going to create a new group "to raise funds to members of illegal armed groups in the North Caucasus."

Six months after the arrest of Saida Gulnara, he writes her a letter that was at the disposal of the editorial office. Several pages in a cage from a school notebook, painted with harmonious handwriting. Almost without errors, much more competent than the interrogation protocols drawn up by various investigators. The enthusiastic Turgenev Ahi about friendship and love, but the most important thing - Gulnara asks for forgiveness from Saida, writes that she did not say anything bad about her: “Allah saw that I said, I don’t know what they attributed to my signatures, I myself were so, the circumstances were like that. But I didn’t intend to do it in my way, nor with my own actions, or my actions did not want to do it in my actions < The harm> , - writes Gulnara.

The date of consideration of the appeal has not yet been scheduled, however, a little has to expect from it: lawyer Agayev asks to reduce the punishment of Saide Khalikova, who was already given a minimum of a possible deadline. Meanwhile, he is going to Moscow, meanwhile to see his daughter in front of the stage again, and at the same time reflects on how to protect the 20-year-old son from law enforcement organs: “He is with my student ... studies for the crane operator,” says it. “I am hiding him, he is not in Makhachkala with me. They know ... they can do anything.”
