A hooligan who attacked activist Yuri Izotov in Yekaterinburg was charged with an administrative offense under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). this . reported Izotov

They only seized Izotov's flag of Ukraine and the poster with which he stood in a single picket in support of Nadezhda Savchenko. All participants in the incident left the police department. Izotov also wrote a statement against the attacker about the violation of Article 149 of the Criminal Code (Obstruction of a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession, picketing or participation in them).

Yury Izotov was attacked earlier in the day and the flagpole was broken.
