Daria is being tried for courage and disobedience, despite six months spent in an FSB detention center, Daria did not admit her guilt and did not testify against her comrades. For trying to organize a peaceful rally demanding greater powers and self-government for the Kuban region, Daria was captured two days before the rally and held for 6 months in an attempt to extract a confession, but the girl survived.
