On March 23 and 24, Moscow State University hosted the Moscow Economic Forum. He was noticed and actively discussed - but not because of the theses formulated by experts during the discussions, but because of the presence of three prominent economists at the event - Igor Strelkov (Girkin), Oleg Tsarev and Pavel Gubarev
The forum at Moscow State University turned out to be solid and even successful - four thousand participants, guests from seventeen countries, a crowd at the entrance to the conference hall ... Real stars, heroes of world media publications, whose names are known even to people far from the economy: ex-IMF head Dominique Strauss -Kan, for example. Local celebrities - Sergey Glazyev, Alexander Auzan ... Conservative blogger Maxim Kalashnikov, who at one time advised Dmitry Medvedev (then president) how to properly carry out our Russian, special and highly spiritual modernization. The organizers - Moscow State University, the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Industrial Union "New Commonwealth" - may well be pleased with themselves.
But perhaps the discussion with not the brightest title attracted maximum attention: “The third political force. Activation of regional elites”. Moreover, the observers were struck not even by the theses expressed by the participants, but by the very composition of the participants. Many even claimed at first that the photos from the hall were a “Ukrainian fake”, because this simply cannot be. But no, it’s not a fake: it’s Igor Ivanovich Strelkov who sits on the stage next to the blogger Kalashnikov mentioned above and shares the secrets of regional success with the audience.
The list of participants on the forum website is extensive, and this list includes not only the unbending fighter against the Kyiv junta and common sense Sergey Markov
Everyone, of course, has the right to express any views. And why is Moscow better than Chelyabinsk, where a couple of weeks ago Strelkov gave a lecture at the Biblio-Globus bookstore on the prospects for establishing good neighborly relations between Russia and Ukraine (this, by the way, is not a joke)? He is not wanted, the state does not consider him a criminal, he creates committees and social movements, which means that he can quite share his thoughts on the activation of regional elites with those who want to listen. Strelkov, moreover, did not say anything particularly surprising in modern times either during the discussion or at the final meeting of the forum. He said that both the authorities and the opposition in Russia are too pro-Western, and in order to get out of the crisis it is necessary to look for a “third way”. And there is no need to integrate into the Western economy.
But here are those who wish ... The list of participants on the forum website is extensive, and this list includes not only the unbending fighter against the Kyiv junta and common sense, Sergei Markov. And among the logos of information sponsors and partners, in addition to the orange four of the REN TV channel, famous for exposing European sodomy and the intrigues of alien reptilians, other names also flash. No one got up and left, slamming the door, or excused himself with the banal and childish "we were not warned." Everyone was satisfied.
And this is something like legitimizing the successes of Igor Strelkov, a prominent specialist in activating regional elites. Recognition as normal of his achievements in the regions of a neighboring country with which we are not at war, maintain diplomatic relations, and whose soldiers are being tried for war crimes.
