Sanders went around Clinton on coks in Washington

Senator from Vermont Bernie Sanders was ahead of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at meetings of party activists of the Democratic Party in Washington. This follows from the voting data that CNN leads.

According to the results of the processing of 79%of the vote, Sanders received 72%, leaving his main competitor Hillary Clinton in second place with 28%.

In the general race, the Democrats leads Clinton, which, according to CNN, gained 1720 of the vote of delegates (2383 votes are needed for the victory). Sanders currently has 988 votes.

In June 2016, a single candidate for the president of the United States from the Democrats will be officially announced at the congress in Philadelphia. The presidential elections themselves will be held on November 8, 2016.
