Lawyer Reznik will participate in the defense of Dadin on the appeal
Lawyer Henry Reznik will participate in the defense of Ildar Dadin when considering an appeal to the activist. This was reported by "New Izvestia" with reference to the lawyer himself. Reznik explained to the publication that he considers participation in such cases his human rights duty.
Until now, Dadin's interests were represented by two lawyers - Ksenia Kostromin and Alexei Lipzer. Kostromina commented on the “faces” of Reznik: “I am glad that Dadina will be defended by the master. Of course, this happened with my knowledge. We are in excellent relations and have already agreed on the position on Ildar.”
Consideration of the appeal for the verdict Dadin will be held on March 31 in the Moscow City Court, beginning at 10 o’clock. The hearings that opened on the 23rd were postponed due to the fact that the judicial board did not provide information on the consideration of comments on the minutes of the meetings in the criminal case, and the protection-the audio recording of these meetings.
On December 7, 2015, the judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow Natalia Dudar sentenced Dadina to three years of general regime under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violations at rallies) (
