"A cassation appeal against Oleg Sentsov and Alexander Kolchenko was sent to the Supreme Court," he said. According to the defender, the complaint was directed through the Commissioner for Human Rights. "The direction of our joint complaint was confirmed in the apparatus of the Commissioner," Dinze said.

Kolchenko was found guilty under part 2 of Article 205.4 (participation in the terrorist community) and paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code (preparation for the terrorist attack as part of an organized group). It was announced proven that Kolchenko was in the diversion-terrorist group of the Right Sector and participated in the arson of the Simferopol headquarters of United Russia.
