The Moscow City Court eliminated the movement "Stopham"

The Moscow City Court sent a decision on the elimination of the STOPHAM public automobile movement to execute. As Interfax reports , thus, the demand of the Ministry of Justice was satisfied.

"On October 12, a decision was issued on the ban, and in November the decision entered into force, since it was not appealed. The decision was aimed at execution," the press service of the court said.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the organization is already excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

According to Fontanka.ru, according to the information and analytical base of the Spark, the basis for the exclusion was the violation of Article 29 of the Law "On Public Organizations". The article outlines the circle of responsibilities of the company and it is said that if the organization has not provided paper several times, at least one point from the list, this may become the basis for excluding it from the composition of legal entities.

The chairman of Stopham Dmitry Chugunov said for a request that he had not heard anything about liquidation. According to him, the Ministry of Justice did not conduct any checks in the organization.

The movement, led by Chugunov, appeared in 2010 at the initiative of the Prochrevsky movement "Our". Chugunov himself, since 2014, a member of the Public Chamber, the former commissar of movement, the idea of ​​Stopham formulated as a struggle with "rudeness on the roads". Activists glued cars on the windshield glass that violate, in their opinion, traffic rules, stickers with the inscription "I park, as I want", taking off what is happening on the camera.

During its existence, Stopham opened branches in a number of regions and even neighboring countries. Since 2013, the organization of Chugunov has officially registered as a legal entity. The purpose of this action, according to the chairman of the movement, was to receive grants. In 2013, the organization received 4 million rubles of state support, in 2014 - 6 million, in 2015 - 8 million rubles.
