In Tomsk, a verdict was sentenced to a girl who at the age of 17 led a gang of robbers

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Tomsk sentenced a 19-year-old girl who, as a teenager, headed a gang who committed robberies on store employees.

By a court decision, the accused will spend four years and eight months behind bars. She will serve his sentence in a penal colony of general regime, the official website of the regional court reports.

As follows from the materials of the criminal case, in May 2014 the convicted person and her accomplices made a series of robberies of stores of the famous trading network.

"The defendant, who at that time was 17 years old, persuaded familiar young people to abduct money from stores using bits and a pneumatic pistol," the press release said.

The role of the girl came down to the inspection of the store before the attack. At the same time, she had to find out if there were visitors in the trading pavilion. "Her accomplices, armed with a bat and a pneumatic gun, with masks on their faces, burst into the shops at the signal and kidnapped money from the cash desk," they added in court.

The sentence of three robberies was announced earlier. Young people received four years 10 months, five years and six years in prison. They will serve the deadlines in a general regime colony.

Their accomplice was found guilty under Part 4 of Art. 33 h. 2 tbsp. 162, part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("incitement to robbery and robbery, committed with the threat of violence, dangerous to life and health, a group of persons by prior conspiracy").

The verdict issued by the young robber has not yet entered into legal force.

We add that a similar gang, which included a 16-year-old girl, was neutralized in St. Petersburg. According to preliminary data, the group was created by the 15-year-old student of the Metrostroy college. Together with him, his peer, a student of the N348 school, and a 16-year-old schoolgirl participated in the attacks.

Teenagers are suspected of two robberies on peers, reports the Petersburg Diary . So, on March 23, being near the house of N43 on Shlisselburg Avenue, attackers took jackets from two 16-year-old teenagers.

Young criminals planned to continue to make robberies, threatening a pneumatic gun and knife. However, the suspects were detained and held accountable under Art. 162 of the Criminal Code ("robbery").
